Hi! My name is Amy Schmidbauer-Bryant. I am an Intervention-Specialist at the HS, serving students in the English classes. I am also the Head Varsity Volleyball coach for Goshen. I grew up in Clermont County and graduated from Amelia High School in 2007. My father retired from Goshen as the Athletic Director and all of my siblings went to school in the district. After HS, I continued my education at Ohio University and completed by Bachelor's degree in Special Education K-12. I began teaching at GHS during the 2015-2016 school year and have previously taught at Clermont Northeastern HS (2013-2015) and Boca Ciega HS in Gulfport, FL (2011-2013). My husband I were married in 2017 and welcomed our daughter, Emma, in March of 2018.
My role at the high school is to ensure the implementation of Individualized Education Plans within the general education setting, as well as progress monitoring, completing transition activities, annual reviews, as well as assisting teachers with support in the English Department and ensuring accommodations and/or modifications are being met.
