PHYSICAL EDUCATION

All students must have 2 semesters of physical education and 1 semester of health in order to graduate.  General P.E. covers mainly team sports and fitness.  Fitness Class is primarily strength training and conditioning.  All students are assessed in fitness level, skill level, and knowledge of sport.  On a daily basis students must: dress out in active wear, participate, show good effort and sportsmanship.
