March 20th Late Arrival Allowed for 9th and 12th Grades Only Due to Testing

Goshen High School will administer the ACT test to ALL 11th grade students (including 11th grade students attending an OAKS campus) and the Pre-ACT test to all 10th grade students on March 20, 2018.

**All 10th and 11th grade GHS students (including OAKS) should report to GHS at 7:30am.

**All 9th and 12th grade students may arrive at 11:00am on March 20th if they have a ride. Buses will run at usual morning times and there will be no late bus.

Changepoint, Be the Difference Program Comes to GHS 10th Grade

Parents and guardians of Goshen High School sophomores:

All 10th graders will have the opportunity to participate in a program called Changepoint, Be the Difference. This program will be an all day event for students on Friday, December 1st where they will participate in several small group and large group mental health, anti-bullying, and pro-community sessions. The program is led by a member of the Changepoint group as well as our Child Focus counselor, Mr. John Turpening, and our 10th grade guidance counselor, Mrs. Kelly Royal. School staff volunteers, counseling student volunteers, and Child Focus counselor volunteers will also be participating. Your student was provided a refusal to participate form through their English class today. If you DO NOT want your child to participate in this all day event on Friday, December 1st please complete and return this refusal to participate form to the high school guidance office. If you want your child to participate then no action is needed. If you have any questions please contact John Turpening or Kelly Royal at 722-2227.
